Fluid Painting Solutions is proliferating – we need qualified, reliable painters who can follow processes. Our vision is to be the most talked about painting company in Canberra – having a business based on word-of-mouth referrals due to the high quality of our work and the ease with which we deliver a service.

About the Roles

We are currently seeking motivated team players who will play an integral role in the company during the growth phase

You will Ideally:

  • Be trade qualified*
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Have experience in Interior and Exterior repaints
  • You will be working primarily on repaints, occasionally new and small commercial

*If you are not trade qualified, have 3 years minimum experience in the painting industry as a labourer or brushhand.

Requirements

You must have:

  • Drivers License
  • Asbestos awareness card
  • White card
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Own car
  • Steel cap footwear

Desirable:

  • A Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
  • More than 5 years experience in an autonomous role
  • Extracurricular industry experience (i.e., industry events, additional training, additional skillset)
